In this role, you’ll help real people every day with auto, life, health, home, and banking, answer questions, prepare policy paperwork accurately, and support lead generation and outreach. You’ll be part of a team that actually invests in your growth—training, feedback, and room to level up.

This is full-time, Monday–Friday (9–5 with some flexibility) with salary + commission. P&C licensing is required, and we’ll guide you through getting it.

No prior State Farm experience needed—but customer service and comfort talking with people are a must.
