Week ago today i was at Mittersill operating a chainsaw cutting about 3ft into an icy ski hill forming a level place to start the race. The Franconia Ski club did an excellent job hosting 17 states who had sent their best 20 racers. One of the racers from MI UP said she drove over 20 hours to attend. Daughter Summer was thankful to represent Mass and managed 22nd overall. Team Mass ended up in third behind Vt and NH. So lucky to be a part.
