At no point did I feel like I was navigating the mortgage process alone. Joey and his team handled everything with a level of thoroughness and professionalism that gave me peace of mind during a typically overwhelming time.
One of the biggest challenges I faced was a pending lease expiration, which meant I needed to accelerate the closing process to align with my moving timeline. Not only did Joey understand the urgency, but he also worked closely with his team to move things along quickly without ever compromising accuracy or care. The entire team truly went above and beyond to make this happen, and I’ll be forever grateful for that.
Beyond the logistics and technical know-how, what really stood out was how easy Joey made everything feel. The mortgage process can be daunting, especially for someone who hasn't done this before.
