The Cherrytree Group is a Massachusetts based consultant, tax credit broker and syndicator. The Cherrytree Group was founded by Warren Kirshenbaum in 2006.

We offer Tax Credit consulting, brokerage, syndication and specialty finance services. We focus primarily on the Brownfields Tax Credit, Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit, and Renewable Energy Tax Credits making us a one-stop firm for the various commercial tax credit benefits. Over the years we have been extremely successful assisting our clients in securing and monetizing millions of dollars in tax credits.

This June, Cherrytree's President, Melina Ambrosino, will be participating in the Eversource Walk for Boston Children's Hospital, supporting the Heart Center Urgent Needs Fund. She's raising funds on behalf of her niece, Ella, who was diagnosed with ALCAPA, a rare congenital heart defect, at just seven months old. Please consider supporting Melina and Ella's Army with a donation so that more children and adults battling heart conditions can receive the world-leading and life-saving care being provided at Boston Children's.
