Heath and Samantha started Second Chance with a mission: to offer people just that — a second chance. Over the past 15+ years, their dedication and leadership have built more than a business; they’ve created a community. Proud parents to Dante, Coyia, and Damon, they’ve kept Second Chance a true family operation from day one.
Dante Duncan & Jana Duncan
Dante, the eldest son of our founders, has spent over a decade in the bail bonds industry. With his wife Jana and their son by his side, he brings experience, commitment, and compassion to every client he helps — from posting bonds to making sure court dates are never missed.
Coyia Duncan
As the first daughter in the Duncan family, Coyia keeps our office running like clockwork. Her warmth and dedication ensure every client feels cared for, supported, and informed throughout their entire bail process. She’s the heart of our front office.
Damon Duncan
The youngest of the Duncan trio, Damon recently returned from California and jumped right into the family business. As a night-shift specialist, he’s on call around the clock — ensuring no matter when you need help, he’s there to answer.
Spencer Headding
A military veteran with a heart for service, Spencer brings unmatched discipline and drive to Second Chance. He plays a vital role in handling fugitive recovery, assisting with rebooking, and guiding clients through the legal process with care and professionalism.
