Last Tuesday, we hosted our Credit Scores 101 presentation at Newton Public Library Iowa. We talked about what makes up a credit score, why it's important, credit score myths and tips and more. We were proud to host our 88th Annual Meeting this past Saturday. What a great turnout and opportunity to connect with our members!

As a credit union, we’re different by design. We’re owned and guided by the very people we serve, our members. That means your voice matters and your participation in our board of directors election is essential to keeping us going strong.

During the meeting our members not only enjoyed a terrific breakfast, they elected three new individuals to our Board of Directors. Our new board members are: Craig Armstrong, Michelle Doland and Chris Farver. We’re excited to welcome their leadership and fresh perspectives.

We also took time to recognize and thank two outgoing board members for their incredible commitment, each serving more than 15 years. Thank you Jenni and Kim for all your time and dedication as board members. You have made an impact on our credit union and our community.

Thank you to everyone who attended and continues to support our mission. Here’s to many more years of member-driven success! We'll see you next year!!

Here's the clues:
1️⃣ The seal of Iowa looks sus...
2️⃣ Wait... St. Louis County isn't in Iowa.
3️⃣Judge Michael Rodriguez doesn't work there.
4️⃣These aren't toll related crimes.
5️⃣The only way to pay is a QR Code? That seems weird.
6️⃣Court date is tomorrow! Better pay now!
7️⃣Why am I sending a payment to Missouri?

Neither Iowa nor Missouri even have tolls. Scammers focus on panic and getting you to pay right away, hence the immediate court date. If you ever have questions about items like these, come see us. We're glad to help you!
