From the very first contact with Mr. King, it was like having a conversation with a good friend. I didn't have the highest credit score, but Ralph listened to me and worked with me to present my situation in an acceptable manner. Ralph is extremely knowledgeable and clearly experienced, and he uses both for the benefit of his loan applicants. With Ralph's guidance, I was able to pay off a 9% balloon note and combine a 1st and 2nd mortgage on my home reducing the interest rate from 5+% to 3.25%. Another added benefit, Mr. King got me two months before my first payment is due! Time and money I will use to build on my emergency cash nest. Mr. King's reassuring manner, attention to details, responsiveness, and personal touch made my experience with Embrace the easiest, fastest, and most satisfactory mortgage financing transaction I've had. I couldn't stop saying "THANK YOU" enough. I highly recommend Embrace Home Loans. If you're lucky enough, you'll get Mr. Ralph King. He's a blessing!
