The Emergency Commodity Assistance Program (ECAP) sign-up period opens on March 19th. To streamline the process, the FSA will be sending pre-filled applications to producers who submitted acreage reports for eligible commodities in 2024. Producers must submit their ECAP applications to their local FSA offices by August 15, 2025.
