In honor of our 175th anniversary, CNB will donate $175.00 on behalf of each of our employees to the nonprofit or charity of their choice! Follow along all year as we highlight our employees and the many organizations they have chosen to support.

Today we’re highlighting Amanda Hinton – a teller who works in our Newport Office. Amanda is donating to Vermont Motocross Association. She chose this organization because it provides a family-friendly environment where her children can enjoy riding dirt bikes, stay active, and build lasting friendships. The association fosters a strong sense of community, bringing families together through a shared passion for motocross while supporting youth involvement in the sport.

She chose this organization because her daughter, Adra, has benefited from the program through track and field and basketball. Special Olympics provides opportunities for athletes to stay active, build confidence, make lasting friendships, and experience the joy of being part of a supportive community.

Last year, CNB implemented a program called "Deliver WOW." This program is designed to allow CNB employees to nominate and recognize their peers for following the standards of service in which the bank expects all employees to aspire when delivering customer service to internal and external customers.

Please join us in congratulating our third quarter WOW award winner Colin Matthews!

To honor each WOW recipient, the bank makes a $100 donation to a nonprofit organization chosen by the employee. Colin has chosen to donate to Newport Downtown Development.
