Today we’re highlighting Dave Rubel – a Commercial Lender in our Lebanon, NH Loan Production Office. Dave is donating to Montessori School of Central Vermont because strong schools help build strong communities. Congratulations to Megan and Becky on officially becoming the new owners of Maple Brooke Campground in Lyndonville!

It’s always special to help pass the torch on a local business, and we’re excited to see the future of Maple Brooke under new ownership. We also want to sincerely thank the Simpson and Temple families for allowing us to assist with the sale and wish them continued success with the Temple Barn next door.

A special thank you goes to Hope Colburn at Community National Bank, whose hard work and dedication helped bring this deal across the finish line after the buyers encountered challenges with another lender. Transactions like this truly take teamwork.
