May hits, and everyone feels the pressure to be "done." But out here, we plant by the soil, not the calendar.

For our Natto soybeans, we’re intentionally holding back. We aren't looking for "early", we’re looking for quality. Waiting for the right temperature and the right moisture is the difference between a commodity check and a premium one.

Patience is a business decision on our farm.

Jackson County Farm Bureau had a wonderful time bringing a petting zoo to Tuckerman Elementary School!

The students enjoyed getting up close with the animals and learning more about agriculture and farm life. We love having opportunities to connect with local students and share the importance of agriculture in a fun, hands-on way.

Jackson County Farm Bureau recently made a donation to Hunters Feeding the Hungry and received meat sticks that will be donated back to help support others in our community. We are proud to support programs that help provide food for families in need.
