Is your loan officer doing this? Here is a screenshot of a timeline of a loan I submitted on 2/15. We have a clear to close with the in hand of the closing package. 7 business days! The underwriter went in the file last Friday but had to jump out. She went back in on Sunday to finish her . Our it out the park. Thank you Abi, Denise, Jessica and Michelle. Our also hit a Our realtor partners - Carol Sobieski and Brooke Scutt did a flawless job! The VA appraisal was ordered on Thursday and back in on Monday. Thank you Realty Service of Tidewater! And to our buyer and seller - Richard Blackwell and Wayne Moore! They were super quick/efficient as well. All it takes is for one person to drop the ball and the whole thing falls apart. And guess who they are đź‘€ at - the lender. Here at we pride ourselves on on time. But we like it even better getting the done 5 days ahead of schedule. Especially for our families!
