Most listing agents can describe a home. Very few can tell you what went into building it.
That difference matters more than most developers realize. Buyers in the luxury new construction market aren't just buying finishes, they're buying trust in the builder, the process, and the people behind it. If your listing agent can't articulate what went into the framing, the electrical, the structural decisions, that story doesn't get told. And an untold story is money left on the table.
