As some of you know, my father was a commercial pilot.
Back in the early 2000’s when I flew with him, he would want me to come to the “Operation Center” of Swissair🇨🇭 before the flights so I can meet the crew we were going to spend the next 3-4 days with.
As an introvert, you have no idea how much stress this put me in, even as a 8-12 years old.
The scene of me getting into this small room with 10+ stews, having all that attention and having to introduce myself gave me nightmares for years. (picture)
As the years went by, I have recognized my energy and found that keeping it inside me isn’t healthy.
So I started working on myself and opening up one day at a time.
What I am trying to say is this:
If you are stuck emotinally/mentally/physically in anything, do yourself a huge favor and work towards a solution for yourself so you STOP suffering in silence.
Fast forward 15 years and I am now knocking on doors (not speaking my mother tongue) to put food on the table.
In my opinion, if you are successful in anything, it is highly linked to the amount of courage you put in 🤷🏽♂️
