Today marks the 25th anniversary of my Mortgage business, Funding Concepts Group! I have been licensed for the last 30 ½ years and counting. It has been quite a journey with many ups and downs, so many interesting people I have met many of which have become friends. I have survived by taking each client, treating them like family, and always doing the right thing. I have countless people to thank both current and past, the list is far too long to post…You know who you are.. I am grateful to all how have supported this small business, without you this would never have happened I am truly humbled. And to my wife, Deborah, she has been my rock and constant source of support for the last 25 years, I cannot thank you enough I love you!

New news on Conventional Loans


NO Analysis of 2106 Expenses even when the borrower is:
o Commissioned or Receives Bonus Income.
o Commissioned Borrowers no longer have to provide 1040 Tax Returns for income analysis.
o All you need is a VOE or Recent Paystub and W2 covering the last 2 years.
