Their knowledge / patience with explaining things in layman's terms for a first-time home buyer like myself was unmatched. They gave excellent advice and took the time to explain everything to me (and believe me, I had LOTS of questions). I shopped around with other mortgage companies and Don's team was by far the most knowledgable, most helpful, and the SPEEDIEST. Houses close fast where I live (SF Bay Area), and time is of the essence - so cannot stress how critical it was to work with a team as efficient as Don's to help make my offers appear more competitive to sellers. 100% would recommend and would work with again. They truly had my best interest at heart every step of the way.
