❗️BOLO | MISSING PERSON

The Coweta County Sheriff's Office (Georgia) and Carroll County Sheriff's Office are searching for a missing 25-year-old man whose vehicle was found abandoned in Carroll County.

According to the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office, a missing person report for Malik Polk was filed on May 19 after family members said they had not heard from him since May 17.

Investigators said Polk’s cellphone has since been turned off, and relatives have been unable to contact him.

Deputies said Polk’s vehicle was last seen driving in the Whitesburg area of Carroll County before it was later recovered abandoned by law enforcement.

The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office said Polk could still be in the Carroll County area, specifically near Carrollton or Whitesburg.

Anyone with information about Polk’s whereabouts is urged to contact 911.

Do you agree with him?

30 years ago, Benjamin Schreiber received a life sentence without parole for first-degree m*rder. 20 years later, he suffered a critical medical emergency that left him clinically dead. Doctors resuscitated him five times before he stabilized and recovered.

Following his recovery, Schreiber filed a legal appeal: since he had technically died, his life sentence was fulfilled. He also contended that he had signed a Do Not Resuscitate order years earlier, making his resuscitations a violation of his wishes.

However, the court rejected his appeal and he remains in prison.

BREAKING: Trump administration reclassifies medical ma*****na under federal law.

Acting AG Todd Blanche signed the order shifting it from SCHEDULE I, a category of drugs with no medical use and high potential for abuse, to the much less strictly regulated SCHEDULE III.

While the move does not legalize ma*****na on the federal level, it cuts taxes for licensed operators and opens the door for more research.
