Just dropping in today with a reminder for all my boss babes...
Own what you bring to the table and don't be afraid to take your seat with confidence.
No one, and I mean no one, has the right to make you feel like you're less than who you are.
So many of us have been through hell and back. We carry stories, battles and scars that the world will never see. Those experiences didn't break you. They built you.
If no one has told you lately, I see you. And I'm cheering for you.
For a long time, I found that people were drawn to my light... until they realized it was shining. Then some tried to dim it so theirs could seem brighter.
Today, I'm confident in who I am. I know what I bring to the table and I no longer need permission or validation to own it. If it takes others time to recognize your value, that's okay. Your worth has never been dependent on someone else's ability to see it.
The right people won't be intimidated by your light. They'll be inspired by it. ❤
