8 YEARS. ❤️
I’m posting this a little late tonight, but maybe that’s fitting because I’m sitting in my truck at the end of a long day thinking about how incredibly fortunate I’ve been to have Jenny Newsom as part of our team for the last eight years.
I’ll be the first to admit that I probably don’t do a good enough job of stopping and recognizing the people who make our office what it is. But today deserves that recognition.
For eight years, Jenny has shown up.
She shows up for our customers. She shows up for our team. And maybe most importantly, she shows up for people outside the walls of our office when there’s absolutely nothing in it for her other than being a good friend and a good person.
That says everything about her character.
Jenny understands something that I’ve always wanted our agency to be about—that this business is ultimately about relationships. It’s about caring about people, following through, being there when you say you’re going to be there, and becoming a real part of people’s lives.
And Jenny lives that.
She has been with me longer than any other current member of our team, and when I look back at eight years of pictures, memories, changes, celebrations, challenges, kids growing up, and life happening along the way, I’m reminded that this has become so much more than just people working together.
Jenny, I love your character. I love the friendship we’ve built. I love the way you care about this team and the positive impact you have on the people around you.
I’m incredibly grateful for your loyalty, your friendship, and everything you’ve poured into our agency over these eight years.
