When you want to know the rate but don't have time to complete a 5 minute application, you can go completely crazy with looking at many different scenarios.

Since the entire post got deleted, I'll just say this. Even with under 700 FICO and only 20% equity, you can refi right into 3% and under.

Possible client wants out of a 5% rate now and don't have the best credit and about 20% of equity under his belt. This could be us ya know!
