We are pleased to announce that Insurance Associates has been acquired by CBM Insurance of New Castle, DE. CBM and IAI have partnered over the past few months on many aspects of the business and the official change will be effective 1/1/23. We will keep you informed every step of the way. The Insurance Associates office will remain at 720 New London Road and there will be no changes to the staff that help our clients daily.

Responsibilities:
-Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
-Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
-Answers, screens and directs phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
-Receives and distributes mail, documents & packages
-Attaches documents into our management system
-Orders office supplies as needed
