A loooooot of people have become very comfortable paying rent.

🤯 Every month they send $2,000...$2,500...sometimes even THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS to a landlord without thinking twice.

But the second we start talking about a mortgage payment?

Panic. Chaos. Immediate rejection.

And listen, I'm not saying homeownership is the right move for everyone.

➡️➡️➡️ I'm saying there is literally no harm or even any COST to finding out what's actually possible before deciding it's impossible.

🙃 Everyone acts like you're supposed to know exactly what all of this terminology means, even though they absolutely do not teach this in school.

Look, I know escrow is the most exciting topic on the planet. But understanding what's waiting for you during this process, especially as a first-time homebuyer, tends to make it all feel a little less overwhelming from the jump.

And if there's one thing the Enneagram 2 in me wants, it's for you to feel prepared instead of blindsided.

When it comes to your financials (and therefore buying a home), most people won't know a single thing about YOUR unique situation.

Your dad's experience buying a house in 1993?

That random guy on TikTok who says nobody should buy right now?
🙅♀️ DEFINITELY not your situation.

And yet people let these opinions stop them from even exploring their options every 👏 single 👏 day 👏

You don't need to know everything or have it all figured out. It's literally my job to help you get there.

The only thing you "need" is accurate information about *your* situation.

Most Mortgage Lenders will tell you what rate you qualify for once you've found a house and leave it at that.

🫠 Oh, and overwhelm you with numbers that don't make any sense to you. And scare you sh*tless with endless paperwork.

I'm more interested in helping you get ready waaaaay *before* that.

⏮️ Before you're emotionally attached to a property.

⏮️ Before you're making decisions under pressure.

⏮️ Before you're laying awake wondering if you're making a mistake.

Buying a home is a REALLY big decision.

Nothing beats the nugs 🤷♀️🦕

There are a lot of things I hope my daughter learns from watching me grow up alongside this business.

I want her to learn not just how to work hard, but how to show up for people.

💪 The most important part of my job usually happens behind the scenes, in he moments where it would be easier to say “there’s nothing we can do," but you keep digging anyway because someone is depending on you.

That’s the part I’m proudest of.

People trust me during one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives…and feel taken care of in the process.
