Mustafa Ali has been working in the field of social service, as a public servant for the past twenty seven (27) years. He has dedicated himself to the service of others, and their struggles with addiction, change, and the pursuit of a more productive lifestyle.
As a lifelong resident of Essex County & Hudson County, Mr. Ali has witnessed firsthand the devastating effects of crime, alcoholism and drug abuse: As well as the miracle of recovery in youth and preadolescent in particular Mental Healing in Pediatric Cerebral Palsy.
Mustafa believes as a morally conscious individual, he is obligated to lend his services unconditionally, to the youth, and adults who have been afflicted by this destructive epidemic of drug addiction and criminal lifestyle. As a Modern Day Leader he has conducted lectures at Universities, High Schools, Elementary Schools, Youth Correctional Facilities as well as State & Federal/Ice Prisons throughout the State of New Jersey: Creating a Brand that Resembles Change and Hope: Organizations and facilities associated and affiliated are all examples of facilities known to create sound minded individuals from addictive behaviors: Adding, assisting physically impaired youth to become more functional and engaged (individuals through therapy).
Mustafa loves to empower others by sharing his story and experience of hope, transitional change, and rehabilitation. For the past nineteen (20) years, Mustafa has been focusing much of his attention on the Hudson County & Essex County Drug Court population under the tutelage and guidance of Dr. Frank Mattiace, C.E.O of New Pathway Counseling.
In February of 2015 Mustafa and Dr. Frank Mattiec were featured on HBO Real Sports, with Bryant Gumbel, conducting an Intervention with a promising young athlete from New Jersey. Mustafa believes that giving these individuals new abilities, new thoughts of self-worth, and new ideas, Will ultimately teach them to embrace the concept of recovery and change as a positive experience.
