Over recent months, we have been bringing together financial advisors and wealth managers across a number of cities, including Miami, London, and Sydney.

The format is deliberately conversational: less presentation, more exchange. We talk about how we approach private equity; they tell us what their clients are thinking about.

Thank you to everyone who has joined us so far. More cities to come

Earlier this week we hosted our first investor day in New York.

The themes were not new, but they felt particularly relevant right now: the importance of discipline when markets are uncertain, the value of building capability over time rather than responding to the moment, and the question of where AI genuinely strengthens a business model rather than threatens it.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. We look forward to continuing the conversation.

For Apax, responsible investment means focusing on what is material, measuring it well, and acting where it can move the needle. It is central to how we help build stronger, more resilient businesses, and has been for some time.

For portfolio companies, the business case for decision-useful sustainability data is strong. 98% of Apax Buyout funds portfolio companies participating in our annual survey received requests for sustainability KPIs from customers, lenders, or other stakeholders. 90% of these companies agreed that sustainability affects brand equity, and 85% said it matters to employees.

BIG NEWS.

The Apax Funds have agreed to acquire a controlling stake in Sedex.

It's big news because every major retailer and consumer goods company faces the same problem: hundreds of thousands of supplier sites in different geographies and with different regulatory frameworks, each carrying distinct social and ethical risk, with no shared standard for verifying what is actually happening on the ground. Sedex was built to solve that.

With 100,000 customers across 180 countries, Sedex helps businesses assess, monitor, and improve social, ethical, and environmental performance across their supply chains.

We're excited to partner with the team as they continue scaling their impact worldwide 🌍️

There are roughly two million nonprofits in the United States. Most operate with near-zero resource slack: no IT teams, no budget for specialist headcount, and fundraising roles that can sit vacant for months.

That constraint is precisely why AI is so transformative for the nonprofit sector. For a for-profit business, AI makes existing capacity more efficient. For a nonprofit, it creates capacity that did not previously exist.

Bonterra, an Apax Fund portfolio company, builds software for social good, providing technology that helps nonprofits fundraise, manage donor relationships, and deliver services more effectively, alongside tools for the corporate funders and foundations that finance them.

Its agentic AI platform, Bonterra Que, is already delivering that capacity expansion in practice: not a chatbot, but an agent doing real work.

IBS Software began with a clear vision from its founder, V K Mathews: to build technology purpose-built for the aviation industry.

When the Apax Funds invested, it was important that we were aligned on the long-term strategy for the company and the next phase of growth. Our role as a minority partner is to support that journey, bringing experience from scaling enterprise software businesses globally while allowing the company to pursue the strategy that best serves its customers.

Together with IBS leadership, we’ve worked across a number of initiatives, from strengthening management and leadership talent to introducing global software operating practices and supporting the expansion of the product portfolio.

It’s a partnership built around helping a founder-led platform continue to scale.
