XRP or Bitcoin?
Hot or cold wallet?
DCA or buy the dip?
Short-term or long-term?

What’s your strategy? 🔐👇

Can a trust own your crypto? Yes — but simply putting your existing wallet “into a trust” may not be enough.

If your wallet was originally created in your personal name and went through KYC, the crypto may still be connected to you personally.

A proper structure can involve the Trust/LLC establishing its own ownership structure and wallet, then formally transferring the crypto into it and documenting that the trust has accepted the assets as its property.

Why does this matter? Because if ownership isn’t properly established and documented, questions can arise later about who actually owns the assets and who is responsible for the tax consequences.

Your crypto assets deserve a plan. Don’t just hold them — understand how ownership and protection are structured.

🚨 STOP SCROLLING — THIS MESSAGE IS FOR YOU.

If you’ve been wondering whether your digital assets should be held in an LLC or a Trust, listen closely.

I’m going to answer this question differently than I usually do.

Ask yourself one simple question:

Who are you more concerned about being in the middle of your business — creditors or the government?

I’m not saying either one is “bad.” I’m asking what matters more to your situation.

Because the answer to that question can help you understand which structure may be worth exploring for your digital assets.

Creditors or government — which one would you rather keep out of your business?

Think about it. Your answer may tell you where to start. 👀

Your digital assets deserve a plan.

What if things don’t work out? What if the transition fails?

Ask yourself: what happens if we continue with the same financial system, where debt keeps growing, purchasing power declines, and ordinary people struggle to build a secure future?

The conversation is no longer just about what could go wrong. It’s about whether we’re prepared for what comes next.

The shift toward on-chain finance, digital assets with finite supply, and commodity-backed financial structures could reshape how the global economy operates. This transition could influence everything from wealth preservation and retirement planning to the way families build financial security.

Some believe we’re witnessing the decline of the petrodollar system and the emergence of a new financial era. Others point to global conflicts, economic cycles, and market deleveraging as signs of a broader transformation.

Whatever your perspective, one thing is clear: the financial system is changing, and understanding that change matters.

Don’t just scroll past this. Pay attention. Educate yourself. Your financial future deserves a plan.

The transition is underway. Are you prepared?

Have you ever thought about what happens to your crypto assets, bank accounts, and other wealth if something happens to you?

Setting up a Trust LLC isn’t just about paperwork. It’s about having a clear plan for who controls your assets, who benefits from them, and who manages everything if you’re no longer able to.

When I first set up my trust, I was the trust guardian. After I got married, my wife and I became co-trustees because I wanted the trust to operate practically, with access to banking and other financial services.

But here’s the part many people overlook: Your beneficiaries and successor trustees serve different purposes.

Your beneficiary is the person who ultimately receives the assets. Your successor trustee is the person who manages those assets when you’re no longer able to.

For example, when I had my son, I updated my trust to make him the beneficiary. Since he was still a child, I appointed family members as successor trustees to manage the estate until he reaches the appropriate age.

Now, think about your own crypto holdings. If your assets are sitting on exchanges, do you have a plan for what happens if your account is frozen, you’re unavailable, or your family needs access?

That’s what Trust LLC planning is about: Giving your assets a structure, protecting your family’s interests, and making sure your wealth has a plan beyond you.

Don’t wait until it’s too late. Your assets deserve a plan.

There are legal ways to structure your wealth and reduce your tax burden, but the key is knowing how to plan ahead.

The wealthy don’t just earn money. They understand how ownership, entities, trusts, and tax strategies work together.

From business structures designed for legitimate deductions to charitable trusts, family foundations, and other IRS-recognized entities, the right structure can make a significant difference in how your assets and income are managed.

But here’s the part most people miss: You need a plan before you acquire the assets.

That’s where strategic wealth planning and a properly structured Trust LLC can come into the conversation.

🚨 STOP SCROLLING. THIS MESSAGE IS FOR YOU.

The wealthiest families don’t just focus on building wealth. They think strategically about ownership, control, and protection.

When it comes to crypto assets, leaving everything on an exchange and assuming your wealth is secure is a mistake. Exchanges can face freezes, restrictions, or other risks. Your assets deserve a plan.

That’s where understanding the difference between ownership and control becomes important.

A traditional irrevocable trust may help with certain estate-planning goals, but depending on how it’s structured, you may give up significant control over your assets. On the other hand, simply holding everything in an LLC or corporation without a proper protection strategy may leave you exposed to risks you never considered.

The real question is: Do you have a structure that aligns ownership, control, and protection with your goals?

This is what Trust LLC planning is about. Not just paperwork. Not just forming an entity. It’s about understanding how your assets are held, who controls them, and how to build a thoughtful plan for the future.

Whether you already hold digital assets or you’re just beginning to build wealth, don’t wait until a problem arises to start thinking about protection.

Your wealth deserves a plan.

📌 If you’ve been scrolling past conversations about Trust LLC, crypto security, and wealth protection, this is your sign to pay attention. The right structure starts with understanding.

Have you ever wondered why some people place their homes in a trust?

Most people believe owning a house in their name means it’s fully protected. But the truth is, your home may still be exposed to certain lawsuits, creditors, and financial risks. And while homestead exemptions can offer protection, they have limits.

The wealthy understand that owning property isn’t just about having an address. It’s about how that property is structured.

A properly established trust may help with estate planning, privacy, and transferring your home to your beneficiaries without the delays and complications of probate. However, a trust isn’t an automatic shield against every lawsuit or creditor, and the right structure depends on your circumstances and local laws.

Your home deserves a plan.

Have you ever wondered how capital gains can potentially be deferred when selling a property? There’s a strategy known as a dual close, and understanding how it works could change the way you think about asset protection and wealth planning.

Here’s where the Trust LLC comes in.

The concept involves structuring a transaction where a trust is part of the ownership and closing process. Instead of selling directly from an individual to the final buyer, the transaction may involve a transfer from the individual to the trust, followed by a sale from the trust to the new buyer.

But here’s the important part: This is not simply about transferring a house to a trust. The legal structure, timing, tax treatment, and compliance requirements all matter. A trust does not automatically eliminate or defer capital gains.

If you’re serious about protecting your assets and understanding how trusts can fit into your wealth strategy, this is the conversation you need to pay attention to.

Your assets deserve a plan. 🏛️

Brad Garlinghouse mentioned that over 1,000 switches are being ticked off the board, and global digital-asset adoption is moving closer.

Nigeria has issued regulatory clarity for digital assets. Japan, Russia, and other countries are positioning themselves for broader crypto adoption.

Japan could potentially front-run the US in XRP adoption, with developments around crypto ETFs, financial products, taxation, and market liquidity.

The bigger picture? The world is gradually building the framework for digital assets to become part of mainstream finance.

The question is: Are you paying attention, or will you wait until everyone else sees it? 🌍
