Originally from Hong Kong, Edith obtained both her bachelors and masters degrees from the University of Michigan Business School. Edith is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Before she started her real estate business, she has worked at prominent firms such as Goldman Sachs, Ziff Brothers Investment and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Edith participated in various merges and acquisitions with transactions value range from $10 millions to in excess of $1 billion in diverse industries. She also assisted and advised many well known Chinese companies (e.g.: China Netcom, Sohu, Sina and China Unicom) to access the US capital markets through IPOs and equity offerings. Her background as a hedge fund analyst and CPA provides her clients in-depth analysis of financials to facilitate confident decision making. Edith has cultivated a superior ability to interact with and assist buyers and sellers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds, especially the Asian market. She has worked with a diverse international and local clientele, from individual investors who focus on luxury condominiums to institutional investors looking for commercial and multi-family properties in both New York City and Long Island. Edith's extensive knowledge on Chinese culture and fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese has made her invaluable to Chinese clients. While Edith moved to Manhasset in Long Island a few years ago for her two little boys, the family maintains a pied-a-terre in Midtown East for their weekend escapes. Among her favorite leisure time hobbies are traveling, scuba diving, skiing, and cooking. Edith has a strong passion for New York and the possibilities that its real estate holds.
