Today's vote on the Clarity Act in the United States promises to finally deliver a significant step toward a clear and lasting regulatory framework for digital assets and blockchain technology in the U.S.
Across the Atlantic, the UK took a parallel step by formally recognizing digital assets as a regulated asset class, effective next year.
Today, I am attending both a Buckingham Palace event for the King's Trust 50th anniversary and a reception at the House of Lords, where senior policymakers continue to embrace digital assets and blockchain technology.
For our industry, this shows just how far things have progressed over the last few years.
