Your next pitch deck doesn’t have to start with a blank page.

Use ChatGPT to structure your slides, sharpen your story, and get your first draft moving.

But here’s the catch: a great pitch deck means nothing if you’re pitching the wrong investors.

That’s where Angel Match comes in. Find investors based on your startup’s industry, funding stage, and location, all in one place.

Most investors will never tell you no directly.

They’ll say “let’s stay in touch” or “come back when you have more traction” or “the timing isn’t right.” And most founders spend the next 6 months following up on a conversation that was already over.

A soft no costs you the same time as a yes from the right investor. Learn to tell them apart; then go find the ones already ready to move.

Every founder’s journey looks different. 🚀

Someone else might be raising millions while you’re still searching for your first investor. Someone might be scaling while you’re figuring out your next move.

That doesn’t mean you’re falling behind.

Building a startup takes time, and progress doesn’t always look impressive from the outside.

Keep building. Keep learning. Trust your timeline.

Your journey is yours. Make it count.

The global gaming industry is worth $250 billion and growing faster than film, music and television combined.

And most of the infrastructure supporting it was built for a different era. Indie developers with no access to funding.

Esports teams managing player contracts on spreadsheets. Streamers monetizing clips across five platforms with no unified tool.

The founders who move into gaming tech right now aren’t competing with EA or Activision. They’re building the picks and shovels every game company in the world will need for the next decade.

Brendan Foody was 22 when he hit a $10 billion valuation. Alexandr Wang dropped out of MIT at 19 to build a data labeling company most people thought was too boring to matter. Dario Amodei left OpenAI with six colleagues and raised $7.3 billion in a single year.

None of them came out of nowhere. They just moved before anyone else saw what was coming.

The investors who backed them early didn’t have better information. They had better judgment about founders.

The global space industry is projected to hit $1 trillion by 2030.

And most of the infrastructure needed to support it hasn’t been built yet. Satellites with no insurance framework. Rocket launch slots with no efficient marketplace. Orbital debris with no cleanup solution.

Deep space resources with no claim registry.

The founders who move into space tech right now aren’t competing with SpaceX or NASA. They’re building the picks and shovels that every space company will depend on for the next 50 years.

Steve Jobs was fired by the board he built. Jack Dorsey was pushed out of Twitter two years after co-founding it. Travis Kalanick was forced to resign by his own investors.

All three came back bigger than before.

Getting fired didn’t stop them. Having the wrong people in the room almost did. The right investor stays in your corner when it gets hard.

Five co-founders sounds like a strong team. To an investor it looks like a cap table problem and a decision-making nightmare waiting to happen.

Every co-founder is equity given away before a single check is written. Every extra voice in the room is another person who needs to agree before the company can move.

Dead equity from a departed co-founder with no vesting schedule is one of the fastest ways to kill a future round.

The best founding teams were small, focused and brutally clear on who owned what.
