• Transaction management and client/customer communications to properly align expectations and deliver results
• Lease and/or sales negotiations
• Financial analysis modeling and advising
• Marketing strategy expertise
• Business development

Qualifications
• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the office real estate industry with a clear understanding of commercial leasing.
• Must be a licensed real estate broker or salespersons in the state of New York.
• Must be a member of REBNY.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Must be self-motivated and work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Have the ability to develop one’s own book of business.
