THE MARTYRY OF THE PALESTINIAN PEOPLE, ISRAEL, THE GREAT SATAN AND US
Why should the right to resist oppression be denied to the Palestinian people?
Published in Le Messager, Oct. 21, 2024
The observation of the complicit impassivity of the world in the face of the annihilation of the Palestinian people on their thousand-year-old land, our collective cowardice in being reduced to a prostrate mass before the new planetary ogre, the bloodthirsty Zionism of which the Nethaniaou government is the figure which equal in inhumanity only to the N**i regime in its deadly genocidal activity in Gaza, the West Bank and Lebanon, questions the universal conscience in what was believed to be its attachment to the values of humanity, recognition of the right to existence of all peoples.
Future generations, learning of our impassivity in the face of the crimes committed daily by the Jewish State, will wonder what kind of men we were.
The actions of the State of Israel encouraged and armed by the United States, England, France, and, in fact, the so-called civilized world, these paragons of so-called humanist democracy reveal to the world the true nature of barbarian of this Western world and forever signs its moral downgrading.
The *Great Satan*
This was the name and the very apt and justified qualifier given at the time by Ayatollah Khomeini to this complex of evil constituted by the Judeo-Western world, which has reigned on the planet since the end of the Second World War.
Before and during this, resistance to oppression by people was praised. And those who had distinguished themselves by acts of uprising and armed attacks against the occupying oppressors were pantheonized and celebrated. Who doesn't remember Jean Moulin, from the Manouchian gan,g, resist, ance fight, ers under the German occupation? The reactions of the oppressors through retaliation, torture and summary or group executions have been the subject of anathemas recorded in history. We remember Oradour sur Glane in France, the repression of the Warsaw uprising, the Katyn massacre, that of Babi Yar, so many episodes subject to condemnation written in the stone of history.
Today, the Palestinian resistance in its sacred struggle against the unspeakable injustice by which the neo-N**i regime of Netanyahu is crushing it is not only denied any right to any political demand but worse, is degraded by the label of "terrorist" attached to it by all the mainstream global information media. We thus see the massacre of 50,000 people, mostly women and children, in Gaza being trivialized as the days go by. We see the assassination of the resistance leaders being celebrated by the presidents of the United States, Great Britain and France.
*A very small France...*
The most sickening is the case of France, which we saw pantheonized a few months ago for acts of resistance by Jean Moulin, Manouchian and his comrades. Why is it that when Yahia Sunwar, the leader of the Palestinian resistance in Gaza, was found unarmed but still assassinated with a bullet to the head by the Israeli army, France joined forces with the leaders of the Western powers? To congratulate ourselves on the elimination of this hero to whose name the dunce cap of “terrorist” is attached?
Where has this France gone? The one who, after the First World War, received Lebanon as a tutelary lease following the dismantling of the Ottoman Empire in the Middle East? This country was supposed to benefit from its diplomatic and, why not, military protection. De Gaulle had in his time drawn a red line to Israel that after the 6-day war of aggression in 1967, he had described the people as "dominant". Today, Macron has reduced the influence of this country to nothing, to the point where Israel, after bombing the capital, did not hesitate to criticize the French President because he, in a rare moment of courage, reminded Israel that it owed its existence to the UN and therefore had to respect the UNIFIL deployed in Lebanon. As a result, Macron thought he had to...explain himself... Poor France, or what am I saying, poor West whose Governments are under the thumb of Israel through international financial Jewry.
*The implacable historical truth*
The land of Palestine has, for millennia, since the times of the biblical epic and that of the history of the region, been occupied by Bedouin peoples grouped today under the name of Palestinians.
At the same time, the same sources, both biblical and historical, report the migration of shepherds from the plains of Mesopotamia in search of pasture for their flocks and whose cultural particularity was the belief in a single God and matrilineality, the Jews.
The biblical narrative evokes that after centuries marked by wanderings and captivities, they will arrive in a green country which they will name which they saw a materialization of one of their myths, "the promised land", a region of the valley of the Jordan and Lake Tiberias where they will settle next to the indigenous populations who had already been established there since the dawn of time, the Palestinians.
After a long historical period, the Jews were dispersed by the Romans for reasons of divergent political and religious beliefs at the beginning of the first millennium. They will benefit from a return authorization for the creation of a Jewish home in Palestine two millennia later, authorization granted by the English Government with the Declaration signed in 1917 by Lord Balfour, its Minister of Foreign Affairs motivated by financial facilities granted by the Jewish banker Rothschild to England to support its war effort.
The recognition of a Jewish State will be recorded by a vote of the UN General Assembly in 1948 and will establish a partition of Palestine between the State of Israel on 40% and the Arab territories on 60%. Today, through wars and successive annexations, the Zionists control 85% of the territory and against 15% for the Palestinians, made up of pockets without territorial continuity and worse, placed in addition under a regime of permanent military occupation as in the West Bank or of confinement like in Gaza, displaying total contempt for United Nations resolutions and benefiting from the permanent shield of the American veto in the Security Council.
This is the Dantesque picture of what the Palestinian people are experiencing, the Zionists not missing an opportunity to seize territories going beyond what had been set by the UN partition plan in 1948 and to which will be added the taken from what will be and will remain in History as the first Israeli-Palestinian war of 1948. It will be followed by the 6-day wars in 1967 and Yom Kippur in 1972. In each of these wars, Israel will seize more Palestinian territories in which it will carry out systematic ethnic cleansing operations. It is the populations thus driven from their lands who are crowded into refugee camps in Lebanon, Jordan and in the open-air prison of Gaza.
*Israel guilty, United States, Great Britain, France, co-perpetrators of crimes against humanity*
This is this immense crime which weighs on the conscience of the world to see one of the oldest peoples known in history being denied an existence on its thousand-year-old territory and, worse,e, being subjected to systematic destruction using ultra-modern weapons of destruction and mass murder.
It must be said that it is the hyper-sophisticated weapons of American, British and French manufacture which are used in the massacres of populations and the destruction of Palestinian homes.
The hyperbombs used to destroy concrete blockhouses six meters thick are American. The bombing planes used are of American, French and British manufacture. In short, in the war crimes and genocide committed by Israel in Gaza, the occupied West Bank, and Lebanon, the Americans, English and French are co-perpetrators.
*So what about us*???
Faced with the tragedy experienced by the Palestinian people, the title of a work by Ernest Hemingway comes to mind, “For Whom the Bell Tolls”. It is a reference to the English poet and metaphysician John Donne and to his poem "No Man is an Island", cited in the introduction to the novel: "[...] Never send to ask for whom the bell tolls: it tolls for you . »
The death knell heard every day by the unarmed and defenceless Palestinian children and people crushed under the bombs dropped over their heads by Israel is a desecration of the universal conscience of which we are part. The ancillary relations maintained by the securocrats of the current regime in Cameroon with Israeli partners must not exempt our Government from the obligation to denounce the war crimes and crimes against humanity perpetrated by Israel by bombing refugee camps, schools and by ransacking hospitals This is the place to denounce the very little space given to this immense tragedy in the official media of our country.
Cameroon cannot be under the control of the criminal Jewry which is rampant in Palestine simply because its agents supervise the praetorian guard of the President of the Republic. The moral and ethical independence of Cameroon cannot be exchanged for the sole whims of a fictitious insecurity of the Head of State.
In 1967, after Israel's six-day war of aggression against its Arab neighbours, President Ahidjo led a crusade that resulted in the severing of diplomatic relations of the vast majority of OAU countries with Israel. ... The blood crimes committed over the past year by Israel against the Palestinian and Lebanese communities are very serious and would justify an attitude of similar firmness from Cameroon and its African counterparts against the murderous Zionist state which is raging in Palestine. May our country Cameroon therefore put on its boots as a worthy State attached to the great universal ideals of humanity and join South Africa to put an end to the unacceptable. And the honor of our country will grow.
