As you may be aware, employment practice liability covers an employer for wrongful acts against his employees. Actually, the key word is alleged wrongful acts. Hello All. Brian Leidell here. I wanted to talk about the ever changing conditions of the cyber insurance market. I know last year I spoke a lot with my network about the soaring of insurance premiums, mostly caused by the remote workforce, creating exposures and gaps in IT systems that really created huge cyber claims. And the carriers are just struggling to become profitable.

That being said, I hope this was informative for everyone, and I will continue to do a series of these if anyone ever has any type of cyber insurance question or related to their policy, please feel free to reach out to me and would be happy to do a review and advise you on the best recommendations and solutions to getting to the full limit that you deserve.
