Yesterday, Cadre was featured in MarketWatch for a recent analysis by our Investment Team.

Amid shifts in the housing market and rising rates, our team conducted an analysis comparing the cost of renting and buying a home. The team used data from CoStar and made assumptions around mortgage rates, maintenance costs, taxes, and more to find the average monthly cost of buying a home is about 62% more expensive than renting thus far in 2023.

For the month of August, the delta between buying and renting reached its widest point ever – 70%.

Camp Cadre 2023! Last week, Cadre came together at Chelsea Piers for a day of activities and team building. We spent the afternoon on a scavenger hunt, solving puzzles, and competing for prizes.
