As the year winds down, we’re taking a moment to celebrate two wonderful, longstanding members of our financial coaching team: Ana Paez and Bernard Saavedra. Ana and Bernard both marked ten years of financial coaching with Neighborhood Trust in 2025.
Even just looking at their impact on the TrustPlus team over the past two years alone, we see how powerful their influence is on theire clients. Since just 2023, Ana and Bernard have:
* Served over 700 clients across more than 1,500 sessions
* Helped clients reduce their credit card debt by a cumulative $365,000+
* Achieved stellar client satisfaction rates across the board
We know that’s just the tip of the iceberg, given the many more individuals they’ve served over the last decade. And their impact goes well beyond the numbers, enabling clients to become more confident as they work toward their financial goals. What’s more, the insights they’ve gained into the experiences and needs of communities through thousands of financial coaching sessions are informing our work every day, enabling us to fight for meaningful change on a national scale.
