Deal Closed | $2.08M Bridge Refinance

Atlas Invest closed a $2.077M bridge loan to refinance a 13,600 SF mixed-use property in Indianapolis, IN.

The property includes five residential units mid-renovation above a fully occupied retail space secured by a newly renewed long-term lease.

At 70% LTV, the financing refinanced existing debt, covered closing costs, funded a 6-month interest reserve, and provided capital to complete the residential build-out.
