EQUITY UNLIMITED is currently looking for experienced Notary Loan Signing Agents in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Florida, Maine, Texas and California.
EQUITY UNLIMITED is based in New York and is seeking multi candidates nationwide experienced Notary Loan Signing Agents, on a Full or Part time basis, to service Loan closings throughout mentioned above states. Our greatest mission for our company is to become our clients first and only pick for servicing loan closings no matter the volume and time of day. So we require hard working and ambitious Loan Signing Agents to be a part of this mission.
Responsibilities
• This Position requires a fully opened schedule for full time, ( part time schedule negotiable )
• You will be required to drive to the Borrower to acquire proper signatures for loan docs.
• Reviewing the loan packets in full with the borrower.
• Traveling to Lenders office or officers location to pickup/drop-off packets (maybe required).
• Printing out Loan Packages if needed.
• Packaging loan packets for the closing officers.
• Mailing, scanning and/or faxing loan packets to loan officers
Qualifications
• Certified Signing Agent
• Remote Notary Public
• Surety Bond
• Personal Computer
• Dual Letter and Legal Printer
• Ability to properly go through 2 different mock Loan closes
Experience:
• 50 loan signings closed

The Mortgage Loan Originator MLO is the core of the EQUITY UNLIMITED sales team. They offer superior, individualized service to customers throughout the loan process.
Our comprehensive line of loan programs enables our loan officers to provide mortgage solutions to a full spectrum of clients.

Job Requirements
2 years of mortgage or Financial Services sales experience.(Preferred)
4 years college degree (Preferred but not Required)
Exceptional computer skills, including Calyx Point, Microsoft Office, etc...
Professional, aggressive, sales-oriented individual.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Persistent and persuasive in business relations.
Bilingual is a plus.
Able to work in a high stress environment.
Comfortable with numbers and financial calculations.
Demonstrated negotiation skills.
Loan product knowledge.

This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators.
Requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008
An employment offer for this position is contingent on EQUITY UNLIMITED's review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, information available through NMLS.
