Out for Undergrad (O4U) is a non-profit dedicated to help high-achieving le***an, gay, bisexual, transgender, and q***r (LGBTQ+) undergraduates reach their full potential in their careers. O4U has 4 conferences: Business, Marketing, Tech, and Engineering. The Business conference will be held this Spring (April 12 – 14, 2019) for the first time to accommodate accelerated recruiting timelines, while the other 3 conferences will be held in the Fall. O4U Business is a 3-day conference held in New York City at the Goldman Sachs HQ that provides students the opportunity to:

1) Connect with professionals from premier firms in the Financial Services, Consulting, Professional Services, and Business Strategy industries
2) Learn how to launch their careers
3) Form relationships with LGBTQ+ peers

All expenses will be paid for students who are accepted to the conference.
