By working closely with your school, we will be able to offer official school credits on an application basis. The internship program will be a formal technical and clinical hands-on education training program.

Please read the below job specialization piece by piece, because an intern will have the opportunity to experience every piece for real:

U.S. & U.K.-focused Deal Origination:

- Identify qualified prospective U.S. and U.K.-based sell-side institutional clients who are primarily based in the United States and other western countries looking to raise capital, license out their assets, or execute a liquidation strategy;
- Reach out to the identified prospective institutional clients proactively, and follow up in time if necessary, and schedule introductory meetings and conference calls with them for senior bankers;
- Identify strategic and financial buyers and investors with a good fit for the identified prospective sell-side institutional clients by conducting database research, online research and other forms of secondary research;
- Develop pitch books;
- Develop accurate buyer and investor lists; deliver buyer/investor lists and pitch book to the prospective sell-side institutional clients on time;
- Schedule catch-up calls or meetings with prospective institutional clients;
- Manage engagement letter preparation and ex*****on;
- Manage invoice ex*****on.

U.S.-focused Global Deal Ex*****on (U.S., Europe, Asia Pacific & Middle East):

- Buyers and investors CEOs, Managing Partners, and other chief officers identification and contact information search;
- Send marketing materials and schedule online meetings and conference calls between buy-side and sell-side chief officers;
- Buy-side and sell-side chief officers online meeting and face-to-face meeting organization and hosting;
- Presenting investment highlights of the engaged client company to CEOs, Managing Partners, and other chief officers on the buy-side;
Manage the ex*****on of legal documents such as non-circumvention and non-disclosure agreement and non-disclosure agreement (NCNDA);
- Perform four-way corporate valuation;
- Construct and maintain data room;
- Manage due diligence;
- Letter of Intent reviewing and ex*****on management;
- Review transactional contracts;
- Manage confirmatory due diligence;
- Support negotiation.

Our head office is located at ONE WEST END, 1 W End Ave 6F, Manhattan, New York City, USA. We host potential clients on the sell-side and investors on the buy-side who will invest in our clients. Analysts will be able to come into the office physically only when hosting a meeting with client or an investor. Analysts will also be able to get access to the office area when they are promoted as an investment banking team quarterback. However, prior to that, Analysts will work off-site, online, and on the G Suite Enterprise Cloud provided by our vendor Google.

You will also be guided by experienced lead investment bankers, who are top investment bankers in the industry, on their day-to-day work;
You will be offered full access to an Enterprise-level NYIC Google G Suite Enterprise Cloud, including an NYIC Corporate Email, Corporate Messengers Accounts, large Drive storage, and training materials;
You will be able to work on the entire deal process from the very beginning to very end and authorized with true responsibilities: e.g. to host client and investor chief executive online or in-person meetings;
You will be offered a highly flexible work schedule;
