Business acquisition is difficult. While we offer SBA as a good option, it's not always the best or only option.

We find creative solutions to help broker a business acquisition transaction. We can do this a few different ways that may include combining 2 or 3 different financing options working in concert with each other including a portion of seller financing at closing. In some cases we are able to do this with 100% financing.

We are so good at business acquisition that other competiting brokers and lenders call us to partner with them to figure out a way to get the deal done. For us, their is no competition. We make it happen.
