On November 14th, our team will join industry peers at the NYC and South Florida Sleep Out events to raise awareness and funds for homeless youth and support the Covenant House efforts to provide shelter, food, immediate crisis care, and an array of other services to homeless and runaway youth.

This project aligns with Atlas’s investment strategy of acquiring high-quality apartment communities at a discount to replacement costs that can be repositioned to create additional value.

On May 2nd, Atlas Real Estate Partners and FIDES Development, along-side friends, investors, partners, vendors, and city officials - Mayor Brian K. Mock CHA, Councilman Mesa, and Councilman Veith, officially broke ground on The Hawkins, a 192-unit midrise multifamily community located in an Opportunity Zone in Chamblee, Georgia. The community will feature a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, as well as 15,000 square feet of amenity and commercial space. Amenities will include a fitness center, coworking space, pet spa, dog trail, community room, pool courtyard, bike room and a rooftop lounge overlooking the nearby PDK Airport, which caters to private aircraft. This milestone represents the continued growth of our opportunity zone platform and success of our team and partners!
