Plan C Health & Welfare Notice:

As a reminder, your coverage and/or enrollment selection for January 1, 2026 must be made online, or if mailed, must be received at the Funds lockbox by December 15, 2025.

For those who wish to enroll in the Medical Reimbursement Program (MRP) as a stand-alone option for 2026, you must provide proof that you have employer or union sponsored group health insurance that meets the minimum value standards of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) and will cover you and/or your family in 2026.

We encourage you to make your selection and/or applicable payment via our website at www.iatsenbf.org. If you have any questions or concerns, please email the Participant Services team at [email protected].

CAPP statements for the January 1, 2026 quarter are available for viewing on the Funds website www.iatsenbf.org. The Fund Office must hear from you no later than December 15, 2025 in the event you need to take any action, make a payment or make changes/additions. This upcoming period is the only one, annually, that certain changes can be made.
