Novidam Capital Partners announces the completion of the transaction of its security and fire alarm holding companies to Pye-Barker Fire & Safety.

Novidam has built the largest privately held consortium of security and fire protection companies in the New York Metro area and operates under the name of Briscoe Protective. Briscoe Protective is the 19th largest fire and security company in the United States, with a unique dual customer-type focus on urban commercial and super-high-end residential. Briscoe Protective, as a strategic platform, allows Pye-Barker to expand into the Northeast and increase customer offerings. Pye-Barker is backed by two private investment firms; Leonard Green & Partners and Altas Partners. With these renowned partners, Briscoe Protective is well positioned for continued growth both organically and through acquisitions.
