🎉 Q3 2026 Results Are In! 🎉
I'm proud to share that our team helped 29 families achieve their homeownership goals this quarter, closing over $46.4 million in loan volume, including 25 purchase transactions.
While we work hard to make the process feel seamless for our clients, there is an incredible amount of work happening behind the scenes. Every transaction is different, with its own challenges and opportunities, which is what makes this business so rewarding.
Success is built on dedication, teamwork, and a commitment to helping our customers navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. Whether it's an apartment in New York City or a home across the country, our goal is always the same: getting our customers the keys to their dream home.
A huge thank you to the entire team whose hard work and support made these results possible. From the East Coast to the West Coast, we get it done for our customers.

WOW! What an incredible and record-breaking month for our team.
In August, we funded $28,249,459 in residential mortgage volume.
When families need to close before the start of the school year, timelines matter. Transactions need to be executed efficiently, obstacles need to be removed quickly, and customers need a team they can trust to deliver. That's exactly what we strive to do every day.

July was a strong month, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to help more families achieve their homeownership goals.

We closed 8 loans totaling $9,074,568, including 6 purchase transactions ($7,587,650) and 2 refinances ($1,486,918).

We’re also seeing homeowners benefit from refinancing opportunities as loans that adjusted in recent years are now carrying rates above current market levels.

New home sales climbed 1.6% in June after slipping 2.0% and 4.3% in April and May. June’s annualized sales pace of 628,000 units is 7.4% below the 678.000-unit pace from 2025. Through the first half of 2026, sales are 5.2% below sales in the first half of 2025. The inventory of completed homes on the market stood at 118,000 units at the end of June, the same as its June 2025 inventory.

Halfway through 2026 already, where has the time gone?

Grateful to have helped 45 families achieve their homeownership goals, totaling $51M+ in funded volume during the first half of the year.

Success comes from staying engaged with our customers, referral partners, and internal teams, while staying ahead of policy changes and navigating an ever-evolving lending environment and market.

We still have a lot of work to do to double that number during the second half of the year, but I'm confident we can get there with the support of an incredible team and a continued focus on delivering the highest level of service to our customers.
