WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Sutton is seeking aggressive, motivated, and outgoing individuals, with a minimum English level of C1, and experience in cold calling sales. People who want to earn a lot of money by surpassing goals and objectives. This job is not easy, and it is not for indecisive individuals. If you are ready for a challenge and want to gain experience working directly with a US company, this job is for you.
WHAT YOU GET! β
-Base salary paid in USD according to your experience and the hiring process ($800 - $1500 USD)

Commissions are based on a tier model that accounts for the revenue that you bring to the company.
-A Sales Representative at Sutton Funding can expect to be making around $30,000 USD per year (base salary + commissions).
-Fully Paid Training: a comprehensive and fully paid sales training program that spans one week. -You'll receive personalized 1-on-1 coaching, continuous guidance from mentors, collaborate in a team environment, get hands-on experience with our technical tools, and engage in live exercises to enhance your skills.
-Birthday Paid day off: You can take the exact day, or Friday before if it is on a weekend. (This applies if you get to operations).
-Weekends off.
-Uncapped commissions!
-Biweekly payments.
-Independent Contractor Service Agreement.

WHAT WE EXPECT!
-C1+ LEVEL ENGLISH REQUIRED!
-Immediate availability to work.
-Must have full-time availability for this position. (Mon - Thurs from 10:00AM to 7:30PM, Fri from 10:00AM to 4:00PM). EST time.
-Be committed to reaching the goals and be open to learning and developing your skills (CRM handle, work in a pipeline, generate and track potential deals).
-Get the required number of deals funded per month.
-Attendance - regular and reliable attendance is required.
