We are proud to announce that CBIZ, Inc., the 7th largest accounting firm in the United States, has officially completed the acquisition of BINDZ Consulting Private Limited, the India-based professional services organization that SAPRO established and scaled through a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model.
After first beginning to provide services to CBIZ in 2018, we took the next step in our journey together in early 2023 - embarking on a mission to help establish a world-class presence in India, creating immediate value while supporting the firm's long-term vision of becoming a truly global, future-ready organization.

Established in 2024, BINDZ rapidly became one of the most recognized and successful professional services centres in the Indian market. In less than 18 months, the organisation grew to approximately 300 highly integrated and utilised professionals supporting CBIZ teams and clients across the United States.
