📢 Annemarie DiCola, CEO of Trepp, Inc. was selected to be featured in Connect Commercial Real Estate's "Inspiring Leaders in Our Changing Industry" series. The series showcases how industry leaders are navigating challenges and driving positive change within commercial real estate.

Annemarie shared the essential elements to achieving growth and success within an organization, critical changes that we could see within the industry over the coming years, and guidance for the next generation.

Our Chief Executive Officer, Annemarie DiCola, was awarded the Groundbreakers Award from Fordham University's Real Estate Institute (REI) ⭐ This prestigious award recognizes leaders who have made significant contributions to the CRE industry.

Annemarie was honored on Tuesday at the Building Futures Annual Awards Gala, which celebrates leaders shaping New York City's real estate landscape. The gala benefits the Building Futures Scholarship Fund which empowers low-income New Yorkers with access to REI’s career-advancing programs and services.

DiCola was unanimously nominated by Fordham Real Estate Institute's Executive Advisory Council for her innovation and leadership within the CRE finance community. As CEO of Trepp, Inc. for the past 19 years, DiCola has expanded market solutions and insights into the broader CRE, CMBS, banking, and corporate CLO sectors, making the firm widely recognized as the industry standard in data, analytics, research and technology.

Trepp employees from across the company participated in the 44th annual J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge in New York City last night. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🎉 The Trepp team was well represented with more than 40 participants.

Our team completed a 3.5-mile run/walk while spending quality time together outside of work. After crossing the finish line, we were able to all catch up and celebrate post race with food, drinks, and conversation in Central Park.

Thank you to Christine, Tylar, and Susi for all of their hard work and for setting everything up for this successful event.

Last week, Trepp hosted its annual Client Symposium here in Rockefeller Center. Our balance sheet lender clients gathered for dinner, panels hosted by industry experts, peer-to-peer discussion, and a happy hour on our terrace!
