Amazon.com is now purportedly looking to split HQ2 between Long Island City and Crystal City. If confirmed, this will mean considerable change in the landscapes of Queens, NY and Arlington, VA.

via The New York Times—"HQ2 would be 'full equal to our current campus in Seattle,' the company said. If Amazon goes ahead with two new sites, it is unclear whether the company would refer to both of the locations as headquarters or if they would amount to large satellite offices."

Infrastructure Update: After 60 years, I-95 is complete. The new interchange at PA Turnpike and I-95 will link these two major highways and enable I-95 to continue directly to the NJ Turnpike. Aside from improved access and traffic flow, this nearly half a billion dollar infrastructure project should increase economic activity along the bordering counties of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
