Responsibilities:
* Originate non-owner-occupied investment property loans (bridge, rental, fix & flip, DSCR, etc.)
* Guide borrowers through financing options and structure deals with long-term value in mind
* Collect and submit required documents through our digital platform
* Communicate with our underwriting and operations team to ensure fast, seamless closings
* Maintain client and referral relationships with long-term residuals in mind

Requirements:
* Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in one or more U.S. states
* Experience with real estate investor clients (preferred, not required)
* Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in building long-term wealth
* Excellent communication, follow-up, and time management skills
* Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
