ActorsFCU

ActorsFCU Credit Union members pool their money for the benefit of all. Money deposited in members’ Savings (Share) Accounts is used for loans to other members.

Today, any paid-up member of Equity, SAG-AFTRA, AGMA, IATSE Locals or members in good standing of any of our 151 member organizations across the nation is eligible to apply for membership. Immedia

te family members are also eligible to join, including but not limited to: spouse/significant other, children, siblings, parents, grandparents, and grandchildren. Interest received on those loans is used to pay dividends on savings. Only the office staff is paid. The Board of Directors and the Credit Committee are elected by the membership and volunteer their time. Members are encouraged to serve on committees, run for office, and vote at the annual meeting, usually held the end of February. Unlike commercial financial institutions, your Credit Union cares about and serves only one group—our group—The Entertainment Community. This often means a better deal than commercial institutions offer, like lower rates, more cost-effective services, and overall better service. Mission Statement
The mission of Actors Federal Credit Union is to provide a full range of secure, progressive, and first-rate financial services to our members across America by surpassing their expectations. Our mission is achieved through the visionary ideas of our Board of Directors, our employees, and our members.

On June 16, Actors Federal Credit Union was honored to attend the unveiling of the bronze bust of James Earl Jones at the James Earl Jones Theatre, a moving celebration hosted by Society of Voice Arts and Sciences that paid tribute to one of the most influential and beloved artists of our time.

Through their commitment to honoring excellence in the performing arts, Society of Voice Arts and Sciences helped create a lasting tribute that reflects the extraordinary impact James Earl Jones had on Broadway, film, television, and generations of audiences around the world. The unveiling of this permanent installation in the theatre where his Broadway journey began made the occasion especially meaningful.

One of the most powerful moments of the day was hearing from Flynn Earl Jones. His heartfelt reflections and visible emotion reminded everyone in attendance that behind the legendary career was a father, a mentor, and an inspiration whose legacy continues to resonate far beyond the stage.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Society of Voice Arts and Sciences, The Shubert Organization, and Black Theatre United for their vision and dedication in bringing this remarkable tribute to life. Their collective efforts ensure that future generations will continue to be inspired by James Earl Jones's enduring contributions to the arts.

Thank you for allowing us to be part of such an unforgettable celebration of legacy, artistry, and the transformative power of storytelling.

🎬 Actors FCU was proud to attend the American Black Film Festival in collaboration with the Actor Empowerment Summit, celebrating creativity, connection, and community within the entertainment industry.

"Attending the American Black Film Festival in collaboration with the Actor Empowerment Summit was an incredible experience. Their commitment to empowering creatives was evident throughout the event, especially in their support of the powerful film '93 Til'. One of the highlights was the thoughtfully curated meet-up space they provided for the creative community. It offered an inclusive environment for filmmakers, actors, writers, producers, and industry professionals to connect, collaborate, and build long-lasting relationships. I was proud to represent Actors FCU at such an impactful event." — Yvana Ellison, Senior Manager of Marketing at Actors FCU
