IRS Partnership Penalty Relief – $11,000+ Eliminated

In this case, more than $11,000 in IRS partnership penalties were assessed due to late filing.

After confirming eligibility for administrative relief, the penalties were removed. The remaining balance was resolved and the entity was formally dissolved.

The IRS account now reflects a zero balance.
