Our Founder, Arvind Raghunathan, a proud alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, has made a commitment to the school that will establish the Arvind Raghunathan Centre for Theoretical Computer Science (ARtCS). It was Arvind’s passion for theoretical computer science and his transformative five years at IIT Madras that led him to his career as an entrepreneur and a continuous lifelong journey of learning. ARtCS will be guided by a distinguished advisory board and provide future generations with access to world-class professors and research in their intellectual pursuits.

Roc360, a vertically integrated real estate lending and investment management platform, today announced that it has secured an additional $150 million investment from Temasek, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore, into the Roc360 Real Estate Income Trust Inc. ("Roc360 REIT"), an investment vehicle focused on U.S. residential transition loans for home renovations.
