In fast markets, outcomes start to diverge based on how orders actually get executed once liquidity shifts.

Guardian Trading is built for that environment, with in-house stock borrow for locates and overnight borrows, direct access to 30+ routes including algo and dark pools, and control over how orders interact with the book and queue priority ⚙️

Every options trade is shaped by the Greeks. Delta, Gamma, Theta, Vega, and Rho define how options behave, from directional sensitivity and volatility to time decay and interest rate impact.

For active traders, Greeks are not just theory. They frame risk in real time and explain why options move differently from linear products.

Short interest isn’t the full picture. Liquidity constraints, borrow costs, options skew, and settlement strain all shape pressure beneath the surface. Watching one metric in isolation means missing how these signals interact.

They don’t always align. But when they converge, the impact can be significant.

Order routing determines how an order reaches the market. The destination, posting behavior, and available liquidity can all influence how a trade actually gets executed once it leaves the platform.

For active traders, ex*****on details become more noticeable when markets move quickly.

Guardian Trading provides flexible routing across multiple venues so traders can align ex*****on with how they operate in the market.

Calls and puts are the foundation of options trading.
🔹 Call option: Right to buy shares at a set price. The seller of the call is obligated to deliver shares if exercised.
🔹 Put option: Right to sell shares at a set price. The seller of the put is obligated to buy shares if exercised.

Every options contract defines rights and obligations depending on whether the trader is long or short. Understanding both sides is essential before building strategies.

Short squeezes are not driven by short interest alone. They tend to develop when positioning is crowded and liquidity cannot absorb demand once it shifts.

That is why some heavily shorted names stay flat while others unwind quickly.

👀What do you watch more in these setups: positioning, liquidity, or the trigger?

Markets enter the week with several key developments in focus. The Federal Reserve's latest meeting, ongoing U.S.-Iran negotiations, and the market's recent push to new highs will likely shape the conversation in the days ahead.

Last week saw improving participation beneath the surface, with the S&P Equal Weight Index and Russell 2000 reaching fresh highs.

Whether that trend continues may be just as important as the headlines themselves.

Markets finally hit some turbulence this week 📉
After pushing to fresh highs, stocks ran into profit taking as a stronger-than-expected jobs report sent Treasury yields sharply higher and volatility back into the market.

The biggest pressure was felt across tech and semis, with the SOX dropping more than 10% from Wednesday's highs. At the same time, Bitcoin broke below key support levels and the VIX posted its largest jump in months.

This week's focus shifts to Apple's WWDC, CPI, PPI, and whether dip buyers step back in.

Are you viewing this move as a buying opportunity or a warning sign? 👀
